How do I tell my wife I’m not happy in the relationship when she thinks everything is perfect?

I think, You don’t have to tell anything now, she already knows. She’s just ignorant to the problem, because she doesn’t want to solve it. So she’s kind of right, it’s “perfect” FOR HER, but not for YOU. She’s clearly getting something from You, some kind of comfort, or safety, so she doesn’t want any changes, because it will require efforts from her.

1. Think of things, that You provide and what You get from her.

2. Make Your decision, what will You do if nothing will change after Your talk, will You stay in that marriage, or not?

3. Present 1 and 2 to her.

4. If she will wake up after that cold shower, You have to restart Your marriage. Make new vows, game plan, etc. Like new marriage. If You won’t do it, she will relapse.

Whatever You do, remember it takes two to make it work.
