In matters of love, should you follow your head or your heart?
If stereotypes exist… it’s usually because they contain a certain dose of truth.
On one hand…
Women primarily value love, communication and relationships. They need caring, understanding and validation. They mostly feel motivated and empowered when they feel cherished and respected.
On the other hand…
Men value power, competency, efficiency and achievement. Men need acceptance, approval, and encouragement. They mostly feel motivated and empowered when they feel needed, trusted and appreciated.
Following your brain or your heart doesn’t mean the same thing for boys and girls. It doesn’t even mean the same thing from one person to another.
